Specific Product Return Guidelines:

  • Books:
    • Must be returned in their original, condition.
    • Digital downloads are generally non-refundable.
    • Damaged books upon arrival can be returned for a replacement or refund.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Amazon Fulfillment Orders: To initiate a return on a item that’s eligible for return, simply go to Your Orders on Amazon’s website and click on “Return Items” button next to the item.
  2. Barnes & Noble Fulfillment Orders: Bring your return to a Barnes & Noble Store along with the item and your packing slip, Order Confirmation e-mail, or Billing Summary email to any Barnes & Noble store with your original form of payment. For online returns, go to Your Orders on Barnes & Noble’s website and click on the “Return Items” button next to the item.

Exceptions and Notes:

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return policy guidelines.
  • Promotional items and bundled products must be returned in their entirety.
  • International returns may have different policies and procedures.
